The Tracker shows you how many gigabytes (GB) you have downloaded and uploaded during a billing period.

System upgrades to our Internet Usage tracker have improved the refresh rate from a 60 hour delay to 2 hours providing near real-time usage tracking capability.

Below is a sample of the information that you'll be able to see once you log in.

  • Plan information

    Includes a summary of your Internet service, your Intetnet usage threshold, and a dropdown menu to select the month for which you would like to view your Internet usage. You can also view monthly usage information as far back as one year.

  • Usage graph

    The first bar lets you track the number of GB used in the selected month. The second bar provides you with an average of your usage in the last 3 months.

  • Additional features

    This section breaks down your total usage inte the amount of usage you have downloaded and uploaded for the selected month.

    If you exceed your included monthly threshold, you can view additional usage changes incurred.
